Once you have selected us as your Licensed Agent we will assist you in preparing documents for submission to the CIP Unit.
The Applicant/Qualifying Dependants will need to complete the Official Forms, listed below. These require the Applicant/Qualifying Dependants to obtain certain supporting documents, all of which must be submitted in English and be appropriately legalised.
Broeck Citizenship Service will be able to advise you as the applicant on the preparation of the documents and on how to have them legalised.

Getting started
Working with the CIP Unit
When all the forms are ready, Broeck Citizenship sends your application to the CIP Unit. After that, we deal with the CIP Unit for you. If they have any questions or need anything about your file, we take care of it.
There is currently an interview requirement to be done via online platform for the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme. -

Government review
Due diligence, government review, and final decision process
- Each application is vetted by the Government through a thorough due diligence background check, during which time submitted information is examined and verified.
- The CIP Unit considers application files in light of this due diligence check, and then issues a recommendation about the application.
- Final approval is in the hands of the Minister, who generally follows the CBIC’s recommendation.
- Upon the Minister making a decision, the applicant is issued a letter (through Broeck Citizenship Service) detailing whether the application was successful, delayed for further processing, or rejected.

Investment Payment and Citizenship Certificate
If your application is approved, the CIP Unit will send a letter asking you to make the required contribution to the National Economic Fund through Broeck Citizenship Service.
You must make the investment within 30 calendar days of the approval notice.After receiving proof of payment, the CIP Unit will issue your Certificate of Registration, confirming your Saint Lucia citizenship.

Oath of allegiance and receipt of citizenship certificate
Every successful applicant must take the oath and/or affirmation of allegiance before a lawyer/notary to then receive their Certificate of Registration (COR).
An applicant who is granted citizenship by investment enjoys all the rights of a citizen and is also subject to the laws of Saint Lucia.
