Seven steps to your Greek residence card.

Consultation & eligibility check
- Review your goals, budget and family situation
- Confirm eligibility for the main applicant and every family member to be included
- Recommend the right investment route, budget and locations
- Send your personalised document checklist

02Getting started · 1–6 weeks
Power of Attorney, tax number & bank account
- Sign a Power of Attorney so your Greek lawyer can act on your behalf
- Your lawyer obtains your Greek tax number (AFM)
- A Greek bank account is opened in your name
- A tax representative is appointed where required

03Your property · In parallel
Property selection & reservation
- Shortlist qualifying properties, with remote or in-person viewings
- Sign the reservation agreement on your chosen property
- Your lawyer checks the title, permits and Golden Visa eligibility

04Your property · 2–6 weeks
Purchase contract & payment
- Transfer funds from your Greek bank account to the seller
- Pay the transfer tax and notary, land registry and legal fees
- Sign the final purchase contract before a notary, in person or via your lawyer
- The title is registered in your name at the land registry

05Residence permit · After purchase
Golden Visa application filing
- Your lawyer files the application with the Ministry of Migration
- Government fees and the residence card fee are paid
- You receive a certificate of application, which lets you stay legally in Greece while it is processed

06Residence permit · Your one trip
Biometrics in Greece
- Travel to Greece once for fingerprints and photographs
- All included family members attend the same appointment
- We book the appointment and arrange everything around your visit

07Residence permit · Final step
Residence card issued
- The Ministry approves your application
- Residence cards are issued for you and every family member
- Your permit is valid for 5 years and renewable as long as you keep the property
