Can I qualify with a mortgage?
Yes. The property value counts, not the amount you have paid off. Bank rules on the mortgage still apply.
Does off-plan property qualify?
Yes, with the Oqood registration certificate and proof that the value is AED 2 million or more.
Can I combine two or more properties?
Yes. Several properties can be combined to reach the AED 2 million threshold.
Can my family get visas too?
Yes. Golden Visa holders can sponsor their spouse and children.
What happens if I sell?
If your total drops below AED 2 million the visa is cancelled, unless you first link it to another qualifying property.
Can I apply from outside the UAE?
Yes. After approval an entry permit lets you travel in to complete the medical test and Emirates ID.
