Step 3 : Application Submission and Initial Government Fees
- Application officially submitted through the CBI portal.
- Local Agent issues an invoice for initial government fees.
- Fees must be paid before proceeding to the next stage.
Step 4 : Due Diligence Investigation
- CBI Unit begins its due diligence process.
- Comprehensive background checks are performed.
- Applicant’s file is reviewed to confirm program eligibility.
Step 5 : Review and Feedback from the CBI Unit
- CBI Unit may raise comments, request documents, or ask for clarifications.
- Feedback goes to the Local Agent first.
- Local Agent relays feedback to Broeck Citizenship.
Step 6 : Application Amendments
- Broeck Citizenship coordinates with the applicant on requested corrections.
- Amendments are made per CBI Unit feedback.
- Updates reflected in both the online portal and physical file.
Step 7 : Submission of the Physical Application File
- Physical file prepared once amendments are complete.
- Sent by courier to the Local Agent’s office in Dominica.
- Enables continued in-country processing.
Step 8 : Decision from the CBI Unit
- CBI Unit completes its assessment.
- Formal decision is issued.
