Dominica Citizenship by Investment Fees: Complete 2025 Cost Guide

Dominica Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) Fees:

To obtain Dominican citizenship through the Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) route, applicants are required to make a non-refundable financial contribution, with the minimum amounts outlined as follows:

For a single applicantUSD 200,000
For a main applicant plus up to three eligible dependantsUSD 250,000
for each additional dependant under 18 years oldUSD 25,000
for each additional dependant aged 18 or olderUSD 40,000

Additional Charges:

Beyond the primary EDF contribution, the following fees must also be covered:

Application processing feeUSD 1,000 (applies to each application)
Due diligence feesUSD 7,500 for the main applicant , USD 4,000 for each dependant aged 16 or older​

Enhanced due diligence: May be required based on the applicant’s citizenship or other specific personal details;

Certificate of Naturalisation feeUSD 500 per individual
Mandatory interview feeUSD 1,000 for every applicant aged 16 and above
